\"3009-Anthony-Ginns\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"I've photographed this building previously while out on one of my photographic escapades. The building is an extremely angular mirrored building, which strikingly stands out against the older sandstone architecture of the Sydney University. The University was built in 1850, during our British colonial past. If I revisit a location, I try and look at it in a different way, and this time I went for symmetry, looking directly up at the overhanging angular tip of the building. The sky was a vivid blue, but I just needed something to disrupt the symmetry of the image. Suddenly a long wispy cloud came into frame, which gave the photo more depth, a nice reflection, which contrasted against the hard edges of the building's mirrored facade.
\nI shot this with Oggl and used a combination I love, which is Blanko C16<\/strong> film and G2<\/strong> lens which gave the photo crispness & clarity. G2<\/strong> lens adds contrast and\u00a0Blanko C16<\/strong> takes away the 'postcard' blue look from the sky, with a desaturated warmth.\"<\/em>
