Perfection is an African Barber shop on the lower east side of Manhattan, and Q Nice, its owner (not pictured), has an obvious passion for his craft and his neighborhood, too. Besides staying open until midnight most Friday's to set his clients up for the weekend, he recently opened his doors to the kids of his hood for free cuts. His idea: Give back to the community that gives to him. His goal: Make the kids look spiffy for Thanksgiving.\u00a0\"<\/em>
