For the fourth year running, the Hipstography Awards<\/strong><\/em> will take place in January, to acknowledge the best pictures and series of 2016. Preparations have already begun and you can already start sending us your series! Here\u2019s just a little reminder of the rules of the Hipstography Awards<\/strong><\/em>, as well as how it all works:<\/h4>\n

At the beginning of January, a panel of professionals will look over all the pictures that were published on the site over the course of the entire year, as well as those that will be sent in, between now and then. They will make a first selection and then it will be your turn to vote. Your votes get added to those of the jury and the winners will be announced, during the Grand Ceremony<\/strong>, at the beginning of February.<\/p>\n

Submission of pictures<\/h4>\n

\"kipstakid-left\"<\/a>Priority is given to combos and portfolios, and submissions will be accepted until November\u00a015th<\/span>. The simplest way to submit a series of pictures is to publish them (about ten or so) on whatever page you chose: it could be an album on Facebook or Flickr, or on your personal website or pages. You can then send us the link via the Hipstography contact page<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Dropbox or Wetransfer submissions are not admitted.<\/p>\n

You can also tag your pictures on Instagram, Flickr or Facebook with #hipstography<\/strong>. As usual, priority is given to series, rather than individual pictures: maximum 1 combo for a series that is destined for the Combos-section<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, maximum 2 combos for a color portfolio<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, and finally, 3 for a black\/white portfolio<\/strong><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rules & Restrictions<\/h4>\n

Only pictures taken with Hipstamatic<\/strong> or Oggl<\/strong> will be accepted. Photos shot or edited with other applications are not allowed. You can find more information about all of this on the Hipstography FAQ-page<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. You will be asked to provide screenshots for the series that will be published on the site.<\/p>\n

Well, there you go! Go out and shoot, and may the best among you be recognized for your creativity and skill!<\/p>\n
