"The subject in the photo is actually a friend of mine. We were at the hotel pool rinsing off our jet lag, when he walked to the far end of the pool, jumped up on the ledge overlooking Shanghai, and that’s when I took this shot. I made him stay on that ledge for quite a while because I was loving the silhouettes… I called the series 'Don’t jump, we still gotta get home'."
