"I started using this combo in order to photograph contemporary buildings and details of modern architecture. Bearing in mind that the warmth of the Madalena Lens could be somehow distracting in such concepts, I decided to pair it with the Blanko BL4 film and the Laser Lemon Gel flash for a more solid, monochromatic result. This film creates a very nice contrast, sharp images in strong daylight conditions and also a light vignette on the picture. Nevertheless, it sometimes produces an undesirable halo in the center of the photo, depending on the amount of light. This combination, overall, clearly emphasizes the lines, the power of the forms and the structure of the buildings. I also noticed that cloudy skies can appear absolutely stunning with this combo."
