"I have really fallen in love with the Tinto 1884/Pistil combination. You just want to make sure you have really good light with this combo so images have rich and vibrant colours. I use it for architecture, flowers, abstract and people shots. So it's really versatile for subject matter.
Tinto gives an image a soft, dreamy romantic look. The strong black border of Pistil really pulls an image together so it has a strong defined area. The thing to watch is the amount of processing Tinto takes. I find it crashes Hipstamatic a lot. But I love the look enough to persist with restarting not only Hipstamatic, by my phone so I can continue to use this gorgeous combo."
