"When I’m in Hipstamatic-mode, I’m always reminded of analogue photography, only. I usually shoot black and white pics. I think monochromatic makes it easier to focus and understand the theme. My favorite genre is noir. Noir as in Orson Welles, Humphrey Bogart and Raymond Chandler. And Noir like one of my favorite Hungarian writers - Vilmos Kondor.
John S adds an awesome contrast with its aged, cool vignette-style. In my opinion, this is the best lens. However, when you add AO DLX film it results in mysterious fog, shadows, tasty grainy textures and a very dynamic and exciting noir feeling. Just the way I like it."
