Combo #380 (Mike Ryan)
Lens: Eric
Film: Manneken
Flash: Variable
"An hour’s ferry ride transported us back in time to Maine’s Monhegan Island; a fishing/lobstering village without cars or paved roads, surrounded by soaring cliffs and forests. This rugged island landscape has inspired artists for more than 150 years, including three generations of Wyeths, Edward Hopper and Rockwell Kent.
I found myself returning to Eric lens and Manneken film again and again, as it’s a great match for the stunning range of scenery we encountered. The dramatic presence and artistic quality of this combination is well suited for different light exposures, even including setting sun and moonlight."
