"The Float Film works very well with the John S lens with its sharp focus and high contrast, and gives a great effect, producing a wonderfully mysterious print. I like to use this combo, especially when shooting water, buildings or flashy, colourful scenes. It also works well if it's cloudy, in the evening and in situations with poor lighting. I love the “through the viewfinder” effect, the pleasant warm, aged tone and the cryptic touch that the film, in combination with this lens, gives to these shots."
