"One of my favourite combos for macros is Libatique 73/DC. DC is a great film for colour Hipstas plus it has a nice thin, black frame - I almost always prefer a black frame. Libatique is well designed for macro photography due to its good low light performance. This pair produces a lovely tonal range. The colours are subdued but warm and suitable for my subjects, which often are found in nature. I love withering and dying plants, and for that purpose this combo is hard to beat. This combo also renders blurred backgrounds beautifully, essential in macro photography."
