"The TinType SnapPak is possibly the most psyched-out Pak that Hipstamatic has seen released, with a rather innovative concept based on the fact that this lens uses the iPhone facial recognition feature to create lightning and similar effects around the portrait subject. But what happens if there is no face to recognize? Atmosphere! Of the two films available, the C-Type is the one that has fascinated me most from the very first shot I took, thanks to its cyanotype aspect, which renders colours so intriguing and "distorted", and prefers the cold side of the spectrum even when reds are very present in the picture."
