"I recently spent a very sunny long weekend in San Diego and loved the variety of what this combo (with the Madalena lens as the star) gave to me - it toned down the very bright skies in some shots (particular silhouette shots), but let bright colors come through, in others. And as always, the Apollo flash added a richness that I've come to depend on."
