"Ways of Seeing… is a collection of photos taken in the last 3-4 weeks during early morning walks along the river and through the streets of the city in which I live. It feels a very personal collection that reflects a slow and strange shift in how I see the place I thought I knew so well. It is a simple reference, and dedication to a place where I have found many friends and much comfort despite being so far from ‘home’. Without intent, I think the photos tell a story of current stillness and disquiet that I have difficulty putting into words. Familiar shapes, places and spaces of shared experience have taken on a new meaning."
