"During my last mid-fall trip to Amsterdam, I found myself shooting quite a lot with Oggl and almost exclusively using a combo that somehow made me think of the 'romantic' evocative qualities that memories of good times can have.
The Tinto 1884 lens uses facial recognition and this makes its use very compelling because of its curious results, especially when not photographing people. Also, its deep, luscious blue-toned cast creates deep atmospheres that perfectly fitted the autumnal setting. The Robusta film adds 'a textured nylon border, a crumpling effect, and a grimy set of marks' (quoted from hipstamatic-combo-compare.com), a perfect reminder of the old analog days."
