"This past Christmas we decided to visit one of our favorite places, Plum Island. An hour away, it is a bird and wildlife refuge of great beauty. The weather was cold but the light was amazing. I was struck by the way the combination of elements created interesting visuals that day. Each time we go we are treated to beauty and tranquility."
