"This is the tenth time I am covering the Festival de Cannes for l’Agence France Presse (AFP). This means that I am continuously experimenting with new subjects, new angles etc. As I’ve been doing this for a number of years, I try to approach things differently with each consecutive edition, for example using the “Tilt and shift” function or using larger apertures to create different effects, so, I naturally veered towards Hipstamatic.
This time around I used the John S lens and the BlacKeys Supergrain film, which made the coverage of this Festival rather spectacular. I am so very lucky to be able to work with this prestigious agency, that is AFP! It really is a bit of a dream come true!"
