"The Rainbow Parade Vienna took place on 17th of June, for the 22nd time. "Many colours — One community", this years slogan, is supposed to raise awareness for the discrimination of LGBT people, which they still experience in Austria and all parts of the world. One minute's silence during the parade reminded everyone of all the victims who died of AIDS, or were victim of a crime caused due to their sexual orientation or gender identity. Nevertheless, is was a great parade full of fun, colors, music and love!"
