"Alone with his thoughts... evening walking along my local beach and I'm almost alone, save for this man walking toward me. There's something about the way his head is bent, and he walks barefoot at the water's edge so that the waves lap right up to him...
My beach is never busy, but very rarely is there no one walking or running there. Sometimes we exchange a neighbourly greeting as we pass, we Kiwis are known for our friendliness, and with my iPhone in hand (volume muted of course), I shoot, trying to capture the moment when the sun might be just right..."
