"With Toronto being such a diverse, multi-cultural city, one finds such an array of 'characters' traversing its streets on a daily basis.  In many of these 'characters', it is difficult not to notice a bold, resolute sense of defiance, especially in the winter – a defiance of the cold, of the commute, of machines, and of solitude.
