"The Fountain of the Rivers (Place de la Concorde) was made by 8 different sculptors in 1840 and has always fascinated me. With its elegant forms, slate tones, emerald and gold it represents the magic only artists from a bygone era managed to conceive. That's why I have chosen this image as the cover for the first tome of my book 'Paris Lost & Found'."
