"Puddles are hard to resist. When I see one I become a child again, obsessed by its offerings. This puddle, the result of a sudden cloudburst, was just waiting for me. Patiently, almost on my knees, I awaited the right moment. In a way, by taking that photo of the boy jumping between the puddles, I photographed myself. While editing the photo, I noticed the couple on the bench staring at the strange man bent over in a puddle... For this image I used one of my favorite settings for color photography: The Tejas lens, the Blanko BL4 film and the Triple Crown flash."
