"Acute angles in architecture are a wonder - the expectations of right angles allows you to make the viewer see something they don't expect.  This building had the extra benefit of lots of glass and a beautiful sunny, but cloudy day to shoot in.  I did try a couple of combos for the shot, but this mix, which I've been playing with since the recent highlight on the Bondi Pak, did it for me, with the lovely grain and great contrast, was the clear winner."
