"I took this shot on a freezing cold morning, as I was walking through Rotterdam. It was great to see the city wake up and the light was beautiful! The combo I used was from the Hipstamatic Sardinia theme on Facebook. I adjusted the exposure afterwards to see more of the foreground and add some vignette."
