"Washington-Ex-soldier turned hactivest salutes the flag from McPhaeason Square, Washington DC in the winter of 2012. The Occupy DC movement had two camps, the upper camp, which consisted of older and more conservative veteran types, who were based at Freedom Plaza (south of this location, and near the White House) while the lower camp consisted of younger, more liberal and radicalized members of the occupy movement. This lower camp rally was protesting the Obama Administration over corporate globalization, and student loan repayment interest."
