"On that particular day the flag was red, because of the heavy winds and the fierce sea, so swimming was prohibited. This is Nice in the middle of summer, July to be precise, with air temperatures of 34 Celsius and a balmy 28 degree sea. The kids enjoy waiting for the next refreshing wave to crash ashore… when suddenly they were caught off guard by a really big one!"
