"Photo of Nicole Kidman taken May 4, 2014 at the 67th annual Cannes Film Festival, at the photo-call for the opening movie Grace of Monaco. Accredited photographers at Cannes photo-calls can take one of two positions: direct angle or reverse angle. On this day, I had a direct angle position as an AFP photographer. AFP were also doing a feature on mobile photography during the festival. So I took the opportunity to capture the instant where Nicole Kidman lowered her head for a few moments of respite from the barrage of flashes going off in her face. The result was this snapshot of sheer perfection!"
