NEM Hipstamatic

NEM Hipstamatic is a Facebook group dedicated to Hipstamatic, managed by Armineh Hovanesian. Armineh suggests a different theme each month and for April he has chosen to focus on flowers. It’s spring after all!

If you’d like to join the group, here is some practical information: firstly, Armineh asks that you mention the elements you used for your shots (lens, film, flash…) and to tag your pictures with #NEMHIPSTAMATIC and #theneweramuseum. Only "pure" pictures are allowed, meaning that those edited with other apps will not be allowed. The pictures must be taken with Hipstamatic, so those taken with the regular iPhone camera are not allowed. These are the same as the Hipstography rules.

Back in March, Armineh kindly invited us to collaborate with the members of the group and we suggested the sole use of the basic Hipstamatic pak: the Standard Hipstamatic Gear, in other words. It was a very creative month, so thank you Armineh and Andrea for the invite! Here are some of the pictures from this "back-to-basics"- project:
