The Budapest HipstaPak

By on September 9, 2015

Welcome to the Hungarian capital, Budapest! The city was founded in 1873 as a result of merging two already existing cities, namely Buda, the then capital of Hungary, positioned on a bright hillside, and the historic old town of Pest. The famous Danube River runs through the city, also known for its open-air thermal baths.

Budapest was recently thrown into the limelight by Wes Anderson’s phenomenal film, "The Grand Budapest Hotel", starring Tilda Swinton and Bill Murray, which ran off with no fewer than four Oscars. Hipstamatic pays tribute to this amazing movie by naming the Budapest HipstaPak’s lens Murray and the film Tilda.

The main characteristic of the Budapest HipstaPak is its vintage feel, thanks to its particular texture and slightly washed-out look. I can’t really say much more as I haven’t been able to try it out yet, so I suggest you all get shooting and show me!!

As per usual, the pak is free for Oggl users and available for 0.99$ (0,89 euros) for Hipstamatic Classic users.
