The Hipstography Awards 2016: The Jury is working

Each year, during the month of January, several great photographers, journalists and other photo specialists comb through the series and photographs that appeared on Hipstography in 2016, as well as the thousands of pictures that you submitted, in order to select a few from each category. We’ll be publishing the results shortly and then it will be your turn to vote for your favorites. Your votes will then be added to those the jury selected and the awards will be handed out in February, during the official Grand Ceremony.

The members of the jury will be introduced to you after the voting but we’d like to take this opportunity to thank them in advance, from the bottom of our hearts, for their participation despite their busy schedules.

Even though this is a competition, the Hipstography Awards are, above all else, a wonderful opportunity to revisit all the pictures that appeared on the site over the course of the past year. It is, of course, also the perfect occasion to pay homage to a really special little app. A huge thank you to the Hipstamatic team for being part of the jury this year. May the best win!
