The Nakazakicho HipstaPak

Welcome to Nakazakicho! This Osaka neighborhood is, by far, the trendiest in this Japanese city. Many of the traditional old houses have been transformed by artists into boutiques, mainly fashion, art galleries and hip little cafes. Much of its charm is due to the fact that is was spared the horrendous bombings during the second world war: there are still many of the ancient wooden-framed buildings, tea houses or traditional family homes.

The Nakazakicho HipstaPak features a new lens, Kuma and a new film, Hiragana 95. As the pak was just released, we haven’t yet had the opportunity to test it, so we’re relying on you to send us your pictures. As always, please tag your photographs with #hipstography, on Instagram or elsewhere.
