"A Midsummer Day's Dream"

"I love exploring new places, so after driving along country roads on a hot summer's day, I ended up on a vast deserted beach. To my surprise I came across a series of abandoned houses, washed by the sea, right near the waterfront. It was quite a bizarre scene, with a few people sunbathing as if they were part of a tableau vivant. While listening to Amy Winehouse's "Valery", I started taking pictures. My favourite pastime. The unique combination of dream and reality made the Tejas/Cheshire/Dreampop combo, with its painterly atmosphere, quite appropriate. The choice was easily made."
