"Rural Life"

"In my area there are several old farms where I frequently take photographs. I love the rough charm of these places and how the subjects change with every season. I like C-Type Plate for these kind of subjects, especially when the sky is overcast."

Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful combo! It has the ‘faded blue jeans’ look I’ve been wanting from Hipstamatic. Your series is really magical.

My C-type plate has completely darkened corners which aren’t the vignetting. When j try to adjust the vignet it’s already on 0 yet the corners of my film have dark corners almost as if it’s a fisheye view circle. Please tell me how you don’t have this on your c-type film.

    Thanks very much, wizmosis !
Kim, sorry for the late reply. I think these dark corners comes from the frame of the C-Type film.
When shooting directly with this combo you will have the frame. You can only delete this frame in the post production in Hipstamatic by choosing the combo once again.

Ok, I did that but it didn’t change. I even set the clarity, definition, etc exactly how you have. Out of curiosity, what kind of phone are you using? The reason I ask is that my daughter uses an iPhone 6S and her Hipstamatic photos always turn out lighter than mine. My older iPhone picks up more black with its camera. Just wondering what kind you’re using. Thanks for your response earlier also!

Sorry, Kim. I didn`t saw your post until now. I think your problem is the frame of the C-Type film.
You can delete the frame in settings when selecting film. This is only possible in post processing.
    Hope this helps!
