"A former Parisian, I have been living in Marseille for almost ten years now. Three years ago I got my first iphone and, to tell the truth, I wanted it to be able to finally use Hipstamatic! I often opt for black and white, because it works well with my favourite themes: plants, in that they move and interact with light, geometric shapes, and daily things when they are momentarily transfigured and magnificent. Life amazes and inspires me, often through things that are, on the face of it, quite banal. I try to share my 'vision’. Black and white suits me because for ages I refused to use colour film in the pre-digital era. As if colour could betray my feelings and black and white allowed me to cut to the quick of things..."
