"Zelenci Springs, Slovenia"

"Winter wonderland at one of the two headwaters of the longest Slovenian river, Sava. While Sava Bohinjka originates from the mighty waterfall Savica, Sava Dolinka starts its journey at Zelenci Springs. Here water from the underground Nadiža Creek re-emerges through the porous bed of a 2 m deep lake, whose waters are noted for their deep, brilliant green. The spring and its surrounding area are named after this color ('zelen’ in English 'green’)."
