"Fort Funston is located in the furthest south western corner of San Francisco. The former fort sits on a sand stone bluff 200 feet above the Pacific Ocean. It was a beautiful windy and potentially rainy day. Low fog and mist were being pushed up the hills. It's a wild place only 13 miles from downtown San Francisco."
