"I took Vincent and DC for a trip out to the coast of Washington State. This is the rugged and wild coast of shipwrecks and Sasquatch, of rain forests and tide pools, of Roosevelt Elk and sea otters. Vincent is versatile in the constantly changing light common on this coast, picking up detail and providing richness. DC is the perfect blank canvas to capture colors, as well as the spectrum of grey that pervades the Pacific Northwestern winters. The Vincent and DC team can not only handle pops of color, but draw distinctions in texture, too."

"These pictures were taken in Vienna and Innsbruck, Austria. I wanted to find a combo that creates a vivid and positive atmosphere. The sharpness of the Beard lens combined with the dramatic patterns of the Cheshire film, and the rich colors caused by the Apollo flash made the grey (Austrian) winter days look a little brighter and warmer. By shaking the iPhone, you can adjust the pattern of the Cheshire film, for more or less intensity and light. For my purpose, I went for the more intense and dark pattern."

"I've always been fascinated by the improbable light of the Jane lens, especially for landscape photography. It gives your pictures an ethereal, almost surreal, quality, as if the present moment, and its distant memory, becomes enmeshed in a strange temporal image, discretely marked by the idea of disappearance, yet intense and persistent. When paired with Bream and Triple Crown, Jane manages to conjure an airy grace to, among others, green spaces."

"Recently, Hipstography asked: Who's afraid of Madalena? I decided to make the effort to fall in love with Madalena 81 times, as I combined the Madalena lens with the Love 81 film, adding a few Hipstamatic 300 tweaks, resulting in my own "81waystoloveMadalena" combo. I was astonished how well this combo worked in different situations, and even adds a nice touch of drama to good weather shots. I especially like the fact that the contrast takes me back to my roots in black and white photography."

"Road tripping from San Francisco to Seattle"

"I spent my summer holidays on a road trip from San Francisco to Seattle. I chose to use the Sequoia film to pay homage to the immense forests (of Sequoias!) and majestic landscapes I travelled through. I paired it with the Lumière lens to create the picture postcard effect, which worked really well with the pictures I took."
