A few days of vacation…

In order to charge its batteries, Hipstography is taking a week off… The latter part of 2017, after all, risks being a tad busy! We’re working on a collection of new combos and then, well yes… the Hipstography Awards 2017 are already looming on the horizon…

To try and keep the stress levels manageable this year, what with a whirlwind of last-minute candidates, why not already take a look in your personal library and submit a combo or portfolio? The easiest way of doing this is to simply publish your pictures online (about 20-odd pictures; maximum 2 different combos per portfolio): that can be an album you publish on Facebook or Flickr, or on your personal sites or pages. You can then send me the link via the Contact page on the site. If you missed last year’s Ceremony, you can catch up here.

If you’re in need of inspiration, dive into our collection of combos, which currently stands at 550! You can even use or modify one of the combos in The Hipstography Combo Collections.

We’ll be tackling the publication of the infamous Madalena series as of next week. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to take a look at the exhibition dedicated to Madalena, and the hundreds of articles there. Happy reading and joyful shooting!
