"When I found the new Yosemite HipstaPak my heart skipped a beat. Since I love the forest and the mountains so much, this combo seemed just right for my daily hikes. I was heading out to an abandoned hunting lodge that day.
Playing around in Oggl, I discovered the combo Muir/Robusta. Robusta gives more saturation and contrast to the picture and the sunbeams and fog came out better than with the more low contrasted Sequoia film. Robusta is one of my favorite films anyway. That border and the dirty surface always makes me want to touch the photo. I love the hue of Muir because it supports the colors of fall: magenta in the shadows and cyan in the light works perfectly for low light and backlit conditions.
Visiting our horses in the paddock, just before sunset, was fun too. The horses posed for me and I was happy to see that Muir reveals great color gradients in the sky. What a perfect combination of opposites… I love it!"
