"This photo was taken at the Art Institute of Chicago. The painting is by Mark Rothko and is named Purple White and Red - I chose the combo Tinto and Blanko C16 because it most accurately duplicated the colors of the painting plus it captured the texture and integrated the figure (viewer) into the painting. This is something Rothko aimed to do- envelop the viewer in his work."
