The Return of the Sao Paulo HipstaPak

To celebrate the World Cup, Hipstamatic is giving away the Sao Paulo HipstaPak, until the USA is out! On a side note, Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brazil and also it's cultural capital.

The Sao Paulo HipstaPak consists of a lens (Madalena) and a film (Robusta). Madalena is not particularly complex as lenses go, but it does have a tendency to darken the images... that said, it is a little gem. Here's a list of possible combinations with the lens. Robusta doesn't need any more explanation as it was chosen as "Film of the Year" during the Hipstography Awards 2013, which says it all really...

If you fancy trying out this lens and film, you could consider playing around with a flash. I actually asked a few hipstographers to study the behaviour of this Pak with the main flashes. You can find the results of this in "Flash effects with Sao Paulo".

If you don't own this Pak yet, it would be a shame to miss out on the opportunity... Lastly, I'd like to mention that the combo of the week, on Sardinia's Facebook page is, in fact, Madalena and Blackeys Extra Fine... worth checking out!
