"For this portfolio, I wandered around the places from my childhood. Places that reminded me of growing up under the tutelage of my father, who very recently passed. The images remind me of moments spent with him at the beach, gardening or simply just fixing something around the house. The faded tones of gold and blue are reminiscent of the tones in my memory and the boxes of old photos I recently sorted through. We all know that life doesn’t stop with a loss... and making new memories with friends and families are one of life’s great salves."
