"This was my first time in Hawaii, and it was surprising how time seemed to have stopped in some parts of the islands I visited. The countryside was often pastoral and antique, giving the impression of being of a much earlier era.
Sergio and D-type Plate was the ideal combination to capture the beautiful simplicity of land and sea, and to transport the observer with a "remembrance of things past" sentiment... It is remarkable how the process and the resultant pictures augment and amplify the experience, thus making the trip all the more memorable."
